Who We Are

After working together early in our careers, we spent some time at different firms, looking for a home that allowed to bring our level of individual attention to each clients plan.

While each new opportunity promised the “client experience is paramount”, each time, almost immediately, we were sent out to sales conferences and sitting through daily sales meetings focused solely on increasing the bottom line. Market updates, industry changes, and spending time with clients to update and improve their plans were always a distant afterthought as far as mangers were concerned. We knew it was time to do something different.
The unfortunate reality of our industry is the incessant focus on scaling consumes the time and resources of even the most well-intentioned firms. By keeping things small, our expansion slow and measured, and our overhead low; we’re able to spend more time with our clients, better understand their lives, and develop plans that will cover their needs in the worst of times, and deliver their dreams during the rest.
